alt  Tone in your own time. You choose when and where.

Exercise routines need to be done regularly to get results but finding time to attend classes when you're working isn't always easy.  A new product that might just help is Vitaflow.tv a pioneering initiative to provide pilates-led health and fitness tuition via the internet.  Vitaflow has launched a series of downloadable classes for people who want to exercise when and where they choose.
The next step on from exercise DVD's, the online clips are downloadable to a laptop, MP3 player or mobile phone, and are the perfect way to practise pilates.  All the videos are performed by Vitaflow founder, Kent based Josie McKenley,  a fully qualified fitness, pilates and yoga instructor with 25 years experience, whose credentials read like a Michelin guide to the best of British health clubs, including David Llyod, Esports, Holmes Place, the Roehampton Club and the Bank of England Sports Club.  She has been running her own private pilates courses for the past five years before embarking on her new online venture.
A series of beginner and improver classes are being offered first,  at a cost of around £20 each, as well as a one off intermediate class for less than £5.  For more information call Josie on 07886815917 or visit www.vitaflow.tv
